Die 5 Sensei waren alles Absolventen der Takushoku Universit\u00e4t in Japan. Maik und ich (Martin) wollten uns das Training bei derart qualifizierten Instruktoren nicht entgehen lassen.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #141823;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Maik konnte schon am Freitag mittrainieren, w\u00e4hrend ich erst abends mit der Bahn in Dresden ankam. Von dem was er so erz\u00e4hlte, war ich schon sehr gespannt auf das anstehende Training.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #141823;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">In einem mexikanischen Steakhouse gegen\u00fcber unseres Hotels haben wir uns schon mal f\u00fcr den Samstag gest\u00e4rkt. Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen ging es mit Vorfreude zum Training, gefolgt von Schwei\u00df und vielen hilfreichen Tipps. Zur\u00fcck im Hotel freuten wir uns auf die Dusche und versuchten das Gelernte in Form von Notizen zu ordnen und festzuhalten. Den Abend rekapitulierten wir dann in einem Irish Pub dem &#8222;Shamrock&#8220;, bei k\u00fchlem Ale, Longdrinks und leckerem Snack.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #141823;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Am Sonntag wurde uns nochmal alles abverlangt, wo wir unter anderem die gelernten Dinge versuchten umzusetzen.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #141823;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Alles in allem hat sich der Lehrgang auf technische Fundamente konzentriert, wie H\u00fcftbewegung, korrekte Haltung bei Hand- sowie Tritttechniken (Zuki, Mae Geri etc.) und den schnellen Wechseln zwischen &#8222;locker&#8220; und &#8222;fest&#8220;.
